Bill Nesbitt is a seasoned security professional with more than 35 years of diverse experience. He started in the contract security industry by managing operations for International Security Corporation in Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Milwaukee. He eventually went on to start his own contact security service which he ran for about seven years. He moved to management positions first with ADT and later Honeywell, Protective Services Division. He had worked as a private investigator, a branch manager and a sales manager.

Over the past 22 years Bill has run a successful security and loss prevention consulting business which he created from scratch. He has also been retained approximately 600 times as a court certified security expert for both plaintiff and defense law firms in more than 40 States.

Dick Sem served as Director of Security and Crisis Management for Waste Management for eleven years and as Vice President of Pinkerton - Securitas, responsible for 18 offices in 11 states of the Northeast U.S. He served clients as an independent security consultant for twelve years. He has been board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) since 1979, is certified as a Certified Security Consultant (CSC), was President of the International Security Management Association (ISMA), and serves on the Board of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC). He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and of InfraGard (the partnership between the U.S. Justice Department and the critical infrastructure industries) and has been a member of ASIS International (formerly the American Society for Industrial Security) since 1974. He is a member of the ASIS Healthcare Security Council.

Ultrasafe Security has its roots in law enforcement and security. The President, Ron Lander, CPP, is a retired Sergeant with 23 years on the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Ron and company Vice President Patrick A. Boyd are both "Board Certified in Security Management”, which attests to their mastery of the body of security knowledge through experience and academic study. Less than 8,000 security professionals worldwide have been awarded the coveted "CPP” credential by the American Society for Industrial Security-International (ASIS). Ron is also a senior member of the Association’s Information Technology Security Council.

Mr. Boxerbaum has over twenty years of security management experience including fourteen years as Director of Protective Services with the OhioHealth system. He also served as Director of Safety and Security at The Ohio State University Hospitals. Additionally, he served in command positions with The Ohio State University Police Department and as a special deputy with the Franklin County (Ohio) Sheriff's Department accumulating over twenty-five years of law enforcement experience.

Jim McGuffey, CPP,PSP,CPI has 35 years experience in security management with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and M.A. in Management. Jim spent 3 years in the military, 8 years in law enforcement and 26 years in the corporate world holding the positions of Area General Manager, District Manager and Regional VP responsible for 70 facilities and several thousand employees during his career. Jim is a security consultant who has been retained in workplace violence, death while in custody, embezzlement cases and armored truck accidents. He also teaches security classes at a college near his home in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Jim is board certified in Security Management, Physical Security and Investigations. Throughout the world, the Certified Protection Professional (CPP®) designation is acknowledged as the security profession’s highest recognition of practitioners. This certification designates individuals who have demonstrated competency in all areas constituting security management.

The CPP, PCI and PSP certifications are awarded based upon experience, education, and of an examination that provides an objective measure of an individual’s broad-based knowledge and competency in security management, physical security and the investigation process. Ongoing professional development is required in order to maintain each credential. There are only 57 security practitioners in the world who hold all three of these prestigious board certifications in security and Jim is one of the 57. The PSP® designation is the certification for those whose primary responsibility is to conduct threat surveys, design integrated security systems that include equipment, procedures and people, or install, operate and maintain those systems. Holders of the PCI® certification have demonstrated education and/or experience in the fields of case management, evidence collection, and case presentation.
